We have a no return or exchange policy, which means you must be sure and agree 100% to your custom order before placing a deposit/order.

Deposits

All custom orders require a 30% - 50% deposit depending on your order amount when placing the order. The deposit is non-refundable. This is because we have already started working on your order which takes time and resources that are financial in nature. Thank you for understanding. 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

If for any reason your order cannot be fulfilled or it is cancelled, we will refund you to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund, please contact us at chicitycustom@gmail.com.
