Remarks · Please Read Before Ordering
So your order comes out exactly right
- Prices are per piece, per location. Each extra location (back, sleeve, etc.) is priced again with the same table.
- Quantity is the total pieces with the same design in one order. Different designs are priced separately.
- More than 3 colors, gradients or photos can't be done in vinyl. We recommend DTF for full color.
- Artwork: vector files (AI, EPS, PDF, SVG) work best. Simple cleanup is free; redrawing a logo is quoted before we start.
- Very small or thin details (under 1/8") may not cut or hold well. We may adjust them and will show you on the proof.
- Proof approval: we start only after you approve the digital proof. Please check spelling, colors, size and placement.
- Team rosters: send a typed list with name, number and size for each player. We print exactly what the approved list says.
- Changes after approval or mistakes on the customer's roster are charged as a new piece.
- Your garments: bring them clean, with no fabric softener, and 1–2 extra if possible. Best on cotton, polyester and blends.
- Nylon, rain jackets, coated or heat-sensitive fabrics need special vinyl or may not work. Ask first. We are not responsible for garments damaged by heat because of their fabric.
- Care: wait 24 hours before washing. Wash inside out, cold, no bleach. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Do not iron over the vinyl.
- Payment: custom orders need a 50% deposit; balance at pickup. Prices are estimates until the proof is approved. Rush orders: ask us.
