Shipping Policy
Production time
Custom orders (embroidery, DTF, screen printing and vinyl) are ready in 3–5 business days after you approve your proof and your deposit is paid. Some garments are ordered from our suppliers; if that adds time to your order, we will let you know before we start.
Rush orders
Need it sooner? Rush service is available for an extra fee, depending on the size of the order and our schedule. Call us at (872) 236-8344 or email chicitycustom@gmail.com before placing your order.
Local pickup (free)
Pick up your order at our shop: 6801 S. Pulaski Rd, Chicago, IL 60629.
Hours: Monday – Friday 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM, Saturday 10:30 AM – 5:00 PM, Sunday closed.
We will send you an email when your order is ready. Please bring your confirmation email.
Shipping
We ship within the United States with UPS Ground. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your address and the weight of your order. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Delivery usually takes 1–5 business days after your order ships.
Damaged or wrong items
Please check your order when it arrives. If something is damaged or wrong, contact us within 3 days at chicitycustom@gmail.com or (872) 236-8344 with photos so we can make it right.
