What is the best way to contact your shop?

Through text or phone call! Our number is (872) 236-8344. You can send us a text explaining what you're looking for. If you would like to visit us in person, our address is 6801 S. Pulaski Rd. You may also e-mail us if you prefer at chicitycustom@gmail.com.

What is the deposit to place a custom order and how does that work?

We require a minimum deposit of 50% of your order price. Once we have started your order, your deposit cannot be given back. Please make sure you feel 100% about your custom order. Deposits are final. You can pay your deposit in person, over the phone, or we can send you a payment link. Thank you!

Do you offer returns or exchanges on custom orders?

All custom orders are final. We let you know that before you place your order and make the deposit. This is also outlined in your invoice. Thank you for understanding.

What is a digitization fee and why do I need to pay it?

It is a one time fee that we charge to digitize your logo or artwork to make it compatible for embroidery or print. Embroidery always charges a digitization fee. Logo/Artwork depends on if you have the files needed - you may not need to pay for it. Please contact us for more information. If you choose to order again with us in the future, you will NOT need to pay this fee again.

Where do I send my artwork or logo to?

Please send your logo or artwork to chicitycustom@gmail.com or text us at (872) 236-8344. The following files are acceptable: PNG format with a transparent background, EPS, or AI. If you do not have either of these formats, you will need to pay for a one time digitization fee. NOTE: Embroidered orders will always have a one time digitization fee.

Can I bring my own t-shirt/apparel item to get a design printed on it?

Yes! Pricing will vary depending on the artwork. If you already have a design you'd like to use, please e-mail it to us at chicitycustom@gmail.com. We specialize in full color, fast turnaround time graphic t-shirts. We can also print photographs on your t-shirt(s). Your t-shirt will be done within 15 minutes and we have a nice, comfy waiting area for you.

Can I get my name or writing embroidered onto my own clothing items?

Absolutely. You can bring in your own clothing item that you want your name embroidered on, or any other writing. Please note: Logos and more complex embroidery requires a digitization fee.

How can I purchase Carhartt apparel for my business?

Carhartt and some other brands that we carry are made to order - you will need to order a minimum quantity to be able to purchase. The quantity depends on the specific product that you want - please contact us via phone at (872) 236-8344 or e-mail us at chicitycustom@gmail.com to get more information.

What file does my artwork or logo need to be in?

PNG with a transparent background, EPS, or AI. Please send it to chicitycustom@gmail.com and we will advise if the file you've sent works.

Do you offer discounts for large orders?

Yes! Depending on your order quantity, we may be able to offer you a discount. Please contact us directly for an accurate quote at either our email chicitycustom@gmail.com or through the phone at (872) 236-8344.

What payment do you take through your website?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Apple Pay.

I have drawings that I want to get in digital format. Do you offer this?

Yes! You can send us a clear picture of your drawings and we will digitize them for you into digital format and send you all of the digital files. You don't need to come into the store for this - everything can be done online. We require an upfront 50% deposit that we can send you a payment link for.

What brands do you sell for custom apparel?

Carhartt, Hanes, Eddie Bauer, District, New Era, OGIO, Nike, The North Face, Sportek, Port Authority, Columbia, Adidas, Dickies, DRI DUCK, & many more. All brand name apparel can only be sold with custom finish - your logo, etc. For more questions, please call us at (872) 236-8344.
